This role provides therapy and support services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of youth and their families through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinical settingProvide family therapy, caregiver support, and coachingConduct initial clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatment planningMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standardsCollaborate with IBHS team, schools, psychiatrists, and other professionals involved in the client's careUtilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approachesParticipate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional developmentMaintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)Qualifications:Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, ABA, or related fieldCurrent LPC and BCBA certification in PennsylvaniaAt least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic settingKnowledge of child development, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family dynamicsStrong documentation and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExperience with electronic health records (EHR)Current clearances (within 6 months)About Us:PRO Companies is a dynamic organization that employs professionals across diverse positions within their human services and health and wellness divisions.
