You’ll need at least 7+ years of experience of source testing experience and welcome the opportunity to make an impact from day one.The compensation range for this role is $110k-$135k annually.To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:Follow established procedures, and processes to help support consistent and reliable source testingAssessing client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reportsAnalyze and interpret source testing data and permitsSupervise, train, mentor the Stack Project Managers to promote team building, employee retention, recruiting and moraleWorkday review and approval of all time sheets and expenses for their direct reportsAlong with the RVPs, be responsible for executing initiatives and monitoring compliance at the local office levelManaging all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs, and projectsDetermining, overseeing, coordinating, and adjusting project timelinesAllocating and directing resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirementsPerform annual employee performance reviews. Provide compensation input and promotion recommendations for their direct reportsBe engaged in the safety culture. Responsible for local office Safety training and compliance following Corporate Safety Team’s leadYour Expertise And SkillsThese requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.7+ years minimum of stack testing experienceExtensive knowledge of EPA source test methods/procedures, air quality or emission monitors, etc.Extensive knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulationsExperience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting, and managing project costsAbility to maintain and apply a broad understanding of financial management principles and business acumen and review/evaluation of cost center P&LAbility and willingness to travel both locally and out-of-town with overnight stays as requiredAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionCapability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screeningValid driver’s licenseHigh School diploma or equivalentNavigate a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, and adapt to changing prioritiesWork Environment And Physical RequirementsThe physical and environmental requirements below reflect what’s typically needed to perform the essential functions of this role safely and effectively.
