Manager, Shared Services

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial operations across North America. This role is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, shared services (AP/AR), treasury, and tax, while ensuring compliance with internal controls standards. The position also leads a multi-site team and partners closely with global finance leadership. For immediate and confidential consideration, email resume to samantha.herrington@connectsearchllc.com.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, general accounting, and monthly close processesEnsure compliance and internal accounting policiesLead shared services functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash applicationsManage treasury operations, tax compliance, and external audit coordinationMaintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processesSupport financial systems and reporting tools (ERP and consolidation systems)Partner with cross-functional teams on financial, operational, and compliance mattersLead and develop a team across multiple locations, providing coaching and performance managementDrive process improvements and support business and system integration initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a global environmentPrior leadership experience managing teams across multiple locationsCPA and/or CMA preferredStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
