This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy across systems, supporting fulfillment activities, monitoring marketplace account health, and helping ensure efficient operational performance across online E-Commerce sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across operational systems, inventory data, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in supporting the continued growth and operational scalability of Beautynova’s online marketplace business.Responsibilities:Marketplace Operations & Fulfillment Create, manage, and monitor outbound shipments for Amazon FBA and other E-Commerce marketplace platformsCoordinate shipment preparation, labeling, routing, documentation, and reconciliation activitiesWork closely with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to support timely and accurate fulfillmentMonitor shipment status and assist with operational issue resolution as neededSupport fulfillment activities across multiple online marketplace channelsInventory & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate inventory information across Seller Central, ERP systems, and related operational platformsPerform inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution between systemsSupport inventory tracking, replenishment coordination, and operational reporting activitiesEnsure operational data integrity and accuracy across E-Commerce platformsOrganize kit assemblies, BOM development, and work order creation within the ERP systemReconcile inventory, shipment, and transactional data between Seller Central and the ERP systemMarketplace Account SupportMonitor marketplace account health, operational alerts, notifications, and compliance-related issuesAssist in resolving shipment discrepancies, chargebacks, operational claims, and other marketplace-related mattersSupport compliance with marketplace operational requirements and standardsHelp maintain strong operational performance across online sales channelsSupport process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and inventory accuracyReporting & Cross-Functional SupportPrepare operational reports, inventory tracking documents, and marketplace performance spreadsheets as neededAssist with forecasting activities by channel/customer to support inventory planning and service levelsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, finance, warehouse, and external vendor partnersMaintain organized operational records and documentationSupport additional assignments, projects, duties, and operational initiatives as assigned by managementRequired Skills/Abilities:2+ years of experience in online marketplace operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related operational rolesHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central requiredExperience supporting Amazon FBA operations preferredExperience with JDE or similar ERP systems preferredStrong Microsoft Excel and data management skills, including operational reporting, inventory analysis, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot TablesExperience working with inventory management, fulfillment operations, and shipment coordinationStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsProcess-oriented mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiativesAbility to work effectively with outside vendors, operational partners, and internal stakeholdersPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:Fully onsite role based in Wayne, New JerseyProlonged periods of sitting and computer workFrequent use of spreadsheets, ERP systems, inventory platforms, and online marketplace toolsOccasional lifting of boxes or products up to 15 poundsAbility to move between office and warehouse areas as neededFast-paced operational environment requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detailWhat We Offer:The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experiencePaid Time OffMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceFSA/HSALife/Accident InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Professional Development Resources401(k) Employer Match ProgramOn our quest to add stellar talent to our already amazing team, Beautynova and z.one concept USA, inc. offer a competitive package of culture, compensation, and care.We are an inclusive and equal opportunity employer.
