Many cases involve fashion, product design, and complex business disputes.Role Descriptionthis role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys research, investigation, and understanding how real-world products and business concepts intersect with the law.Work will include:• Legal research and some drafting • Development of trademark, business and tort law • Analysis of fashion concepts, products, and branding issues • Participation in litigation strategy and discoveryQualifications• Admission to the Bar - higher salaries for admission to Federal Court and Trademark Experience • Strong legal research and writing ability • Interest in fashion brands and trademark law Regular professional use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat requiredFamiliarity with Westlaw or similar legal research platforms
