This is a skilled, non-production role where every job is different, ideal for welders, machinists, and mechanical technicians who take pride in precision work and problem-solving. If you have experience in welding, machining, fabrication, or mechanical repair and want to apply your skills in a specialized marine environment, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionRestore and calibrate propeller pitch to exact specifications.Balance propellers using static and dynamic balancing methods.Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, pitch blocks, gauges, etc.).Perform aluminum, stainless steel, and bronze welding as needed (MIG/TIG). Document repairs and verify final quality, performance, and safety. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Position RequirementsExperience in welding, machining, fabrication, marine service, or mechanical repair. Ability to repair and adjust propeller pitch and balance is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Comfortable working with precision measuring tools. Ability to lift and handle heavy components. Preferred QualificationsPrevious propeller repair or marine industry experience. Welding certifications (MIG/TIG). Knowledge of marine propulsion systems.
