Responsibilities
Reviewing best practice scenarios with teammates to test knowledge of the business.
Leading group role plays centered around specific areas of scripting.
Listening to recorded calls with teammates and offering feedback on areas that need improvement.
Assisting with initial training role plays when needed.
Reviewing calls sent back by other departments for quality control and training opportunities.
Training teammates on taking incoming calls from traditional media source inquiries.
Finding missed opportunities through our software.
Conducting seasonal trainings.
Gathering and sending data to other departments.
Performing other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience managing a team preferred.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Nurturing and professional attitude.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the scripting, verbatim.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong note-taking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance.
Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization.

Pay range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
