In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to support new and existing edge analytics deployments, configure industrial networks, and integrate field devices. You’ll troubleshoot system and communication issues, support commissioning efforts, and provide ongoing customer support. The Role: Support customers on edge analytics deployments, including debugging PLC code. Configure and troubleshoot industrial networks and protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC). Integrate field devices, drives, HMIs, and SCADA with the Tagger environment. Diagnose and resolve system and communication issues. Assist with commissioning, startup, and system optimization. Provide customer support and occasional on-site training.
