About the RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and own a critical piece of our marketing engine: email campaign and written marketing copy. You'll craft compelling campaigns, manage our contact database, and help ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time. This role is perfect for someone who thinks strategically about audiences, and geeks out on open rates.What You'll DoBe an integral day-to-day partner to the Director of Marketing, staying plugged into active projects, tracking timelines, following up on deliverables, and helping keep the department running smoothlyOwn email marketing end-to-end, from ideation and copywriting to scheduling, deployment, and performance analysisWrite clear, engaging, on-brand emails, press releases, articles, etc. for campaigns, product announcements, nurture sequences, event promotions, and moreManage and segment our contact list to ensure personalized, relevant outreach across different audience types (prospects, partners, customers)Write technical marketing copy for product pages, sales assets, one-pagers, and campaigns — translating complex workplace tech into clear, compelling language that resonates with buyersManage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, following up on deliverables, and keeping initiatives moving across stakeholdersBe an integral day-to-day partner to the Director of Marketing, staying plugged into active projects, tracking timelines, following up on deliverables, and helping keep the department running smoothlyCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, leadership, and graphics to bring campaigns and assets to life.Support broader marketing initiatives including content creation, social media, and event promotion as neededWhat You Bring2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with hands-on email marketing experienceExceptional written communication skills. You write with clarity, personality, and purpose, and have a knack for translating complex ideas into simple, digestible copy that clearly communicates valueHands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, and comfort working within the Microsoft 365 / Teams ecosystem (Outlook, Teams)Experience with other CRMs and marketing automation platforms is a plusFamiliarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools for building targeted lead listsStrong understanding of list segmentation, audience targeting, and email best practicesAn eye for design. You understand what makes marketing materials (emails, printed assets, decks, and more) look polished and professional, and can partner effectively with our Creative Marketing Designer to bring that vision to lifeA sharp attention to detail and a commitment to excellenceAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentComfort writing about technical productsFamiliarity with workplace technology, smart office, or B2B SaaS space is a strong plusLow ego, high agency.
