This role will be responsible for driving revenue through Microsoft's partner channels by developing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling partner sellers, and managing pipeline execution. We offer a highly competitive base salary and variable structure, equity and great benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow revenue through Microsoft's partner channel, including co-sell opportunities with Microsoft field sellers and partnersDevelop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with Microsoft solution areas and prioritiesBuild strong relationships with Microsoft account teams, partner development managers, and key stakeholdersIdentify, qualify, and progress pipeline opportunities sourced through Microsoft and partner referralsDrive co-sell motions, including marketplace opportunities, joint customer engagements, and account planningEnable Microsoft sellers and partners through training, collateral, and solution positioning to increase awareness and adoptionCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on partner-driven opportunitiesForecast channel pipeline and revenue accurately, maintaining visibility into deal progression and risksSupport joint marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns with Microsoft and partner organizationsEnsure successful handoff and coordination with Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes and expansion opportunitiesTravel to customer sites and attend industry events (approximately 30% average)RequirementsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliance roles within enterprise software or SaaSDirect experience working with Microsoft (e.g., co-sell programs, Microsoft Partner Network, Azure marketplace)Proven track record of driving revenue through indirect sales channels and strategic partnershipsCreativity in solving customer challenges to move deals forwardStrong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise software, or AI/ML solutions preferredAbility to navigate complex sales cycles and work effectively across multiple stakeholdersDemonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotaExcellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skillsHighly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilitiesBenefitsDid we mention we offer great pay & benefits? Top tier health benefits coverage including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insuranceFlexible Paid Time Off & generous holidaysRemote-first with optional co-working access at The Ion Industrious office401(k) with employer match Equity PackageSalary Range $250k - $275k OTE (Depending on experience & Geographic location)
