The successful candidate will play a key role in the operational decision-making processes that are essential for the hospital's mission. This includes maintaining a keen awareness of changes in healthcare that may impact the hospital's success and may involve leadership responsibilities in ancillary departments. The ACEO will be instrumental in the development and implementation of hospital-wide strategic goals, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO on various aspects of hospital management, and ensuring that the hospital's goals align with the organization's priorities.Applicants for the ACEO position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7-9 years' progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare administration, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing hospital operations, and implementing strategic initiatives. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to influence, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
