Wash Bay Attendant
A Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for cleaning andmaintaining vehicles, equipment, or machinery using wash bay tools andequipment. At Kimble we strive for perfection in everything that we do.2nd Shift is 3:00 PM - 12:30 AMKey ResponsibilitiesWash and clean vehicles, trucks, trailers, or equipment using pressure washers, hoses, and cleaning agentsRemove dirt, grease, mud, and debris from exterior surfaces, wheels, and undercarriagesApply soaps, degreasers, and protective treatments as requiredDry vehicles and perform basic detailing tasks such as wiping surfaces and cleaning windowsInspect vehicles for damage or issues and report them to supervisorsMaintain wash bay equipment including pressure washers, and hosesEnsure wash bay area remains clean, organized, and free of hazardsFollow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelinesAssist with moving vehicles or equipment in and out of the wash bay when neededDispose of waste water and cleaning materials according to environmental guidelinesOther duties as assigned by managementRequired Skills and QualificationsAbility to operate pressure washers and basic cleaning equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work in wet and physically demanding conditionsGood time management and efficiencyAbility to follow safety procedures and instructionsBasic communication skillsValid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periodsLift up to 50 lbsWork in wet environmentsBend, reach, and move around vehicles or equipmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious vehicle washing or detailing experienceExperience working in a dealership, trucking company, or equipment yardFamiliarity with cleaning chemicals and pressure washing equipment
