Responsibilities include:Troubleshoot and resolve product performance and production issuesDevelop and implement engineering design changes and product improvementsCreate and maintain engineering documentation, bills of material, prints, specifications, and test reportsDesign and test prototype and production components using SolidWorks and related toolsSupport Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and customer support teamsProvide technical support for internal teams and customersAssist with fixture design, prototype development, and production modificationsHelp maintain compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsTrain team members on new and existing processes as neededWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a motivated engineer who combines technical expertise with strong communication and teamwork skills.Qualified Candidates Will HaveBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)3-5 years of experience in sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, or a related roleExperience with SolidWorks, PDM systems, CAD modeling, and engineering documentationStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, fluid dynamics, and FEA analysisExperience with sheet metal, plastics, and molded part designAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsStrong project management and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365; advanced Excel skills are a plusA continuous improvement mindset and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhy Join DEMA Engineering Co.?At DEMA, our employees are part of a team that values integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
