Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics experience for a hospital-based Operating Room position requiring Epic proficiency and on-call availability.Job Details• Hospital-based Operating Room setting with a neuro-focused surgical environment,• Neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotic surgery cases are the primary case types,• Schedule options: four 10-hour shifts (0700-1730) or three 12-hour shifts (0700-1930),• No block scheduling available,• On-call required 1-2 times per week Monday through Thursday, beginning at end of shift through 0700 the following morning,• Weekend call required: 2 shifts every 6 weeks, starting at end of Friday shift through 0700 Monday - no scheduled weekend shifts,• Holiday coverage via on-call only, based on department need,• No floating required,• Epic EMR experience required,• May care for COVID-positive patients,Job Requirements• Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand,• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required,• Neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics OR experience all required,• Epic EMR proficiency required,• Must be able to respond on-site within 30 minutes when on call,• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position,Additional Information• Candidates undergo a clinical pre-screen to assess fit prior to manager review; a manager interview is also required,• Maximum of 7 days of time off (RTO) allowed during the contract,• Tobacco-free and fragrance-free facility - please plan accordingly,• Local candidates are eligible at a reduced rate
