Being a Crew Member is a very important part of the team and requires you to work outdoors, perform physical labor, and work with other members of the team. Previous experience in construction, remodeling, foundation repair, or new construction is a bonus.ResponsibilitiesDuties required such as hauling various materials, mixing concrete, digging, jack hammering, use of numerous hand tools, hydraulic and mechanical foundation repair equipment, loading, unloading materials, and any other tasks assigned by the Production Crew Team Leader.Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; ability to adjust to seasonal temperaturesQualificationsTwo years in the foundation/construction field is preferable but will consider the hands-on experience in other related fieldsAbility to operate small tools and machineryMust have valid Driver's License; Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day.Must pass CORI and pre-employment physical and drug testMass DOT card preferred.OSHA card preferredHydraulics license is a plus
