We specialize in energy efficiency training, certification, and program support across workforce development and weatherization initiatives.Role OverviewEverblue is seeking a Program Manager to support workforce development initiatives tied to energy efficiency and weatherization programs, including training, certification, and contractor engagement.In this role, you will coordinate program activities, manage partners, and support delivery aligned with federal and state program requirements. You will play a key role in strengthening the pipeline of trained professionals supporting WAP and related energy efficiency initiatives.Why This Role MattersThis role helps build the workforce needed to deliver weatherization and energy efficiency programs at scale-supporting low-income communities while strengthening contractor networks and career pathways.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram CoordinationCoordinate workforce programs aligned with WAP and energy efficiency initiativesManage timelines, deliverables, and partner activitiesEnsure alignment with federal and state program requirementsTraining & Workforce DevelopmentSupport training and certification programs for contractors and energy professionalsCoordinate with training providers to expand workforce pipelinesConnect participants to employment and contractor opportunitiesPartner & Contractor EngagementEngage contractors, community organizations, and local agenciesSupport onboarding and participation in programsMaintain relationships to strengthen workforce pipelinesProgram Tracking & ReportingTrack participation, completion, and workforce outcomesSupport reporting aligned with program requirementsMaintain accurate program data and documentationWhat We're Looking For3-6 years of experience in workforce development, program coordination, WAP, or similar fieldExperience supporting federally or state-funded programsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with WAP or similar programs (LIHEAP, utility programs, HOMES/HEAR)Knowledge of energy efficiency, weatherization, or building scienceExperience supporting training, certification, or contractor engagement programsExperience with CRM or program tracking systemsWork StructureHybrid role based in Huntersville, NCLocal travel required to support program activities and partnersWhy Join Everblue?Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team where your work directly strengthens communities and creates career pathways in energy efficiency.
