Site Services Specialist
As the go-to person for office operations and facilities support, you’ll help create a welcoming, safe, and efficient workplace for employees, visitors, and guests.What you’ll doOversee office, breakroom, and kitchen upkeep; coordinate repairs and vendor services (janitorial, pest control, landscaping, coffee/water, copiers)Manage mail, shipping/receiving, and sit in for Security front-desk coverage as need arisesKeep common areas stocked (snacks, supplies) and support event setup, meal orders, and onsite activitiesSchedule meetings, take clear minutes, and support travel arrangementsPartner with HR for onboarding and site orientation; provide day-to-day support to employees and visitorsTrack invoices, negotiate vendor contracts, and support G&A budget reportingCoordinate with IT on office equipment and help maintain office policies with Facilities & SHEContribute to site safety as a member of the Emergency Response TeamWhat you’ll bring4–5 years’ experience in office/facilities operations in a fast-paced, large office settingProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and email scheduling toolsHands-on know-how with office machines and familiarity with facilities and security systems; facilities software experience is a plusExceptional organization, time management, and communication skills; detail-oriented and solutions-focusedStrong judgment, ability to multitask, and composure in emergenciesUnderstanding of office safety regulationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentWork environment and physicalsOnsite role with regular sitting and frequent hand use; occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbsModerate noise environment; close vision and focus adjustments requiredWhy AstraZeneca? Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
