CDL DRIVER

*Attention All Applicants - By early 2027, all Delivery employees assigned to the Upper Marlboro facility will transition to our new Baltimore area location-Located in Arbutus, MD (off 95 N and 695)About the Role:As a CDL Driver at Buck Distributing, you will be crucial in ensuring timely and safe beer delivery to our retailers. You will be responsible for driving commercial vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in this role. You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of products to our customers.Minimum Qualifications:Valid CDL license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a drug test and background checkAbility to lift up to 100 pounds and operate a hand truckExcellent communication and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience driving commercial vehicles in a wholesale trade industryFamiliarity with DOT regulations and requirementsAbility to troubleshoot minor vehicle issuesStrong organizational and time management skillsResponsibilities:Drive commercial vehicles to deliver beer to customers in a timely and safe mannerAdhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while drivingMaintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenanceInspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in good working conditionCommunicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of productsSkills:
