Job Title: Senior ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Raritan, New Jersey (Onsite/Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient platform solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and other platform capabilities- Customize and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Service Portal components- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamRequired Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting- Extensive experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB- Proven experience in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure- Experience with performance tuning and platform optimizationAdditional Information:- Candidates must be able to work onsite or in a hybrid model in Raritan, New Jersey- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essentialInterested candidates are encouraged to apply or share their resumes for consideration.
