Job DetailsDescriptionHourly Rate: $18.84Description/Job SummaryTo support International Subsidiaries by processing and managing parts orders, including order entry, research, and fulfillment in the Oracle system, and help ensure accurate processing, timely shipments, and proper documentation.Responsibilities/DutiesWork with each international Pride subsidiary on daily lead-times of parts stocked at the Duryea facilityEnter orders of International OEM and Duryea facility stock parts into Oracle systemResearch parts to determine manufacturer and enter order accordingly into Oracle systemGenerate 50% of ship confirmation for international part orders to SubsidiariesGenerate 50% of commercial invoices for part shipments to International SubsidiariesEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement and provide recommended solutions as it relates to process and proceduresConsistently demonstrate good business judgment especially as related to negotiating and closing salesWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryRequired SkillsMust be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honestMust Have The Ability ToMulti-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentLearn and perform a detailed analysis of data using formulas in Microsoft Office ExcelMust HaveRelentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and ExcelExcellent web navigation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred SkillsBasic working knowledge of Oracle preferredRequired ExperienceAt least 1 year of customer service and/or office administration experiencePreferred ExperienceAt least 1 year of supply chain experience in a warehouse inventory environment preferredAt least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred EducationAssociate degree preferredRequired QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ActPride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is an Equal Opportunity employer.
