Client Documentation Specialist (Associate)Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience?Job SummaryAs a Client Documentation Specialist (Associate) in Client Onboarding and Service, you will own the documentation experience for clients opening commercial bank accounts. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to research, prepare, validate, and manage account-opening documentation. You will use sound judgment and attention to detail to ensure documentation requirements are met while creating an efficient, client-centric experience. You will help remove friction by answering questions, aligning on expectations, and escalating obstacles when needed.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end documentation process to support commercial bank account openingResearch, draft, validate, and manage client account documentation and related requirementsCoordinate documentation workflow with internal partners such as bankers, sales, service, and Know Your Customer teamsCommunicate clearly with clients to answer questions and explain documentation and signature requirementsGuide clients toward efficient documentation solutions while maintaining appropriate standards and controlsSet, manage, and reinforce expectations with clients and internal partners throughout onboardingApply critical thinking to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive timely resolutionTrack and execute against multiple priorities using strong time management and organizationRepresent the team as the documentation point of contact for assigned onboarding implementationsEscalate risks, issues, or blockers appropriately to protect the client experience and delivery timelinesContribute to a positive team environment through collaboration, flexibility, and shared ownershipRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsDemonstrated commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality client experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain requirements clearlyStrong attention to detail and a controls-minded approach to workProven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify and resolve issuesAbility to partner, collaborate, and influence across multiple stakeholders toward a shared goalAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing deadlinesAbility to learn and apply subject-matter knowledge to support documentation and process questionsStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to the teamBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsJuris Doctor (JD)Experience supporting account opening, onboarding, or documentation in financial servicesExperience supporting corporate or commercial banking clientsExperience working directly with clients in a service, implementation, or onboarding capacityFamiliarity with account documentation review, validation, and coordination with legal stakeholdersAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
