Business Intelligence Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a technically skilled and highly collaborative Business Intelligence & IT Support Analyst to design, build, and maintain dashboards. This person will also provide general IT support across the organization as needed. This role combines data visualization expertise with hands-on IT support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analytics and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable visualizations.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all dashboards.Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, and scalability.Develop documentation for dashboards, data sources, metrics, and definitions.Provide ongoing dashboard enhancements and support based on business needs.Data & Reporting SupportValidate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.Work with data sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs) to ensure reliable data feeds.Support ad-hoc reporting requests and analysis as needed.IT Support & Cross‑Functional AssistanceProvide mid-level IT support assistance including troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues.Support other IT initiatives such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and user training.Assist with user access management, basic networking troubleshooting, and general system support.Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth daily IT operations.Document processes, known issues, and solutions to support consistent IT service delivery.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience building dashboards and reports using Focus BI or similar BI tools.Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.Working knowledge of databases, SQL, or data integrations.Experience providing IT or technical support in a corporate environment.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
