Lab Automation EngineerPhiladelphia, PA6 Months Possible ExtensionsUS Citizen or GC onlyDescriptionThe Lab Automation Engineer will be part of a growing team in the Automation Department and will provide key support throughout the lifecycle of various GMP and non-GMP laboratory projects and systems.This role will be responsible for assisting in startup activities and equipment integration to site Data Management System. Performing 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 technical assessments and implementing system controls on the instrument or associated computer(s).Maintain and manage system user access, backups, and on-floor support.Responsibilities :Understands and supports all GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.Follow work-instructions for system setup to the site Data Management System and network.Perform computer setup including network configuration and policy updates.Complete GMP documentation for system integrationMaintain technical documentation.Education & experience (Required)Associates or bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), Science or Information Technology or related field.Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).Familiarity with computer setup and networking concepts.4-5 years' experience in a GMP environment
