Nammo employees working at the Florida site manufacture all types of 40mm low and high velocity ammunition; pyrotechnic marking; signaling and tactical illumination devices; battlefield effects training simulators; demolition charges; hand grenade fuzes; and other ammunition components. Additionally, they provide load, assemble, and pack (LAP) services for large caliber direct-fire ammunition.The Program Manager will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities, interface with government personnel, secure ongoing program opportunities, and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.Unique Benefits Designed with Care:Monday - Thursday work week working 10-hour daysRelocation assistance may be provided401(K) with a 6% company match100% Employer-Paid Employee Only Medical Plan OptionEmployer Health Saving Account ContributionsGenerous PTO and nine paid holidaysWhat You’ll Do: Precision in ActionEstablishes and coordinates the production schedules for technical and operational performance of specific company manufacturing programsServes as lead for internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and facilitate coordination of internal and external resources to ensure program successAdequately and clearly communicates programmatic priorities and actions to ensure all internal and external customers stay well informedEnsures adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems and directs work of support personnel assigned to the program from various departments.Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and exceed all quality and performance requirements. Maintain programmatic Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC)Maintains action lists for assigned programs and ensures timely completion.
