We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.Job DetailsPay: $22.00 per hourSchedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (OT as needed)Full Time position.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate screen printing machinery for high-volume production.Ensure precise registration and color consistency throughout the print run.Mix inks and prepare screens according to job specifications.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.RequirementsExperience: At least 5 years of professional screen printing experience is required.Skills: Strong technical knowledge of ink viscosity, mesh counts, and squeegee pressure.Testing: All candidates must pass a hands-on technical test prior to being hired.Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
