This role serves as a mentor and trainer for staff while also maintaining a small caseload of participants.This is a non-supervisory leadership role focused on staff support, training, documentation quality, compliance, and program guidance.Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed based on participant schedules, training needs, or program events.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain and onboard new Vocational Rehabilitation staffProvide ongoing coaching and support to team membersAssist staff with billing, documentation, and service complianceConduct quality checks on case notes and service documentationSupport agency compliance with Vocational Rehabilitation standardsMaintain a small participant caseloadCollaborate with leadership on workflow and program improvementsServe as a resource and mentor for staff across programsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with ID/DD requiredMinimum 2 years of Vocational Rehabilitation experience requiredStrong knowledge of VR policies, billing, documentation, and service deliveryExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance requiredMust maintain HIPAA and FERPA confidentiality standardsWork EnvironmentThis role works in office settings, schools, community locations, employer sites, and participant workplaces.
