SummaryThe Customer Service Representative (Truck Gate) will coordinate all data entry and related processes for truck gate operations to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment for all employees, carriers, and drivers. ResponsibilitiesProcess trucks as they arrive by recording the driver, truck number, and arrival date/time Process trucks as they depart by entering load sheet info into iVELES and scanning bay tags to match with load sheet Upload and confirm complete Allow driver to proceed offsite Inspect the truck gate and truck load lanes each hour to ensure cleanliness Report any spills or trash to the driver or carrier office Log inspection results in logbook Update truck data on computer as needed Other duties as assigned Education & ExperienceHS Diploma/G.E.D.
