DescriptionPosition Summary: Supports mobile dental, podiatry, vision, and audiology services in long-term care facilities Coordinates patient flow and clinic-day operations Ensures efficient service delivery and positive facility experienceKey Responsibilities Escort residents to and from clinic areas Coordinate with facility staff on patient readiness Manage clinic flow and track patient completion Support non-clinical podiatry, dental, vision, and audiology operations Maintain clean and organized work environment Assist with clinic setup and breakdownFacility Coordination Serve as liaison between providers and facility staff Communicate with Social Services regarding clinic-day logistics Resolve day-of operational issuesTravel Requirements Travel within 1–2 hour assigned region Daily travel required based on clinic scheduleRequirementsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent Healthcare experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation requiredWork Schedule Monday through Friday Full-day clinic supportPosition Impact Improves provider efficiency and clinic flow Reduces missed residents
