Interior Designer - Entry Level

Job DescriptionInterior DesignerThis is a Direct Hire, full time opportunity.Salary Range:$50 - 70K, depending on experienceSummary:This role is responsible for developing interior design concepts and producing high-quality construction documents using Revit, as well as selecting and specifying interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage, and color palettes.The ideal candidate combines strong technical documentation skills with a refined design sensibility and the ability to coordinate with project teams from concept through construction.This role will primarily support commercial projects.Duties Include:Design & DocumentationDevelop interior design concepts that align with project goals, client standards, and brand guidelinesProduce complete and accurate interior construction documents in Revit, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and finish plansAssist with code compliance, accessibility standards, and material performance requirements Material & Finish SelectionSelect and specify interior finishes, materials, colors, and textures for floors, walls, ceilings, and specialty featuresSelect and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)Design and specify custom and modular cabinetry, millwork, and built-in elementsCoordinate and specify interior signage and wayfinding systemsPrepare finish schedules, furniture plans, specifications, and cut sheetsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or advanced years of on-the-job experienceStrong Revit SkillsStrong understanding of interior finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, signage and color selection for commercial interiorsFor more information, please Apply, and/or email a copy of your resume to Beka Cassidy at: BCassidy@selectek.netMeet Your Recruiter
