They are currently looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$25/hrPosition OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing schedules, communications, and projects to ensure efficient operations and organizational success.ResponsibilitiesManage complex executive calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities with precision.Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reconciliation.Take detailed notes during meetings and track action items to ensure timely follow-through.Serve as a liaison for internal teams, investors, and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Support special projects and streamline administrative processes to enhance executive efficiency.Required Experience / Skills3-5 years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other digital workflow tools.Preferred Experience / SkillsExperience in financial services or credit union environments.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.BenefitsAtrium Care Package available upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).Legal & EEO StatementAs a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
