Our ultra-high-resolution, real-time, advanced imaging tools address areas of high unmet medical need.With U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas and Canadian headquarters in Toronto, Canada, Perimeter Medical Imaging (TSXV:PINK)(FSE:4PC) has launched the next generation of imaging technology that allows surgeons to visualize microscopic tissue structures with unparalleled clarity in the operating room.Job DescriptionAs a Market Development Manager your primary areas of responsibility will be to drive sales of Perimeter’s S-Series OCT technology, drive sales of Specimen Immobilizers, sell service tiers, build relationships with physicians, C-suite and staff, driving system utilization, building a solid pipeline and supporting regional sales and marketing efforts consistent with the Companies Go-To-Market strategy which is focused on profitable growth and creating shareholder value.Travel is required up to 50% of the timeResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Perimeters OCT technology, specimen immobilizers, and service by leading negotiations and executing sales and service contracts with hospitals, medical centers and ASCsIdentify and develop new sales strategies s in an assigned region that achieve/exceed revenue expectationsDevelop, build and strengthen relationships with key partners (KOL’s) and customers, ensuring revenue, market share, and growth objectives are met by articulating Perimeter’s value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levelsGenerate a sales pipeline with the ability to analyze, track activity, and forecast accurately to upper managementConduct and evaluate market research, including customer and competitor activities. Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and modifications to existing products. Assist management in developing new sales strategies and tools for market adoption of Perimeter’s OCT technologyMust live in the assigned region, however field travel may be up to 4 days per week. Support area-marketing activities at national meetings and conferences as required. (i.e. booths, handout materials, schedules, etc.)Collaborate cross departmentally to enhance education and access to Perimeter’s OCT technologyPerform other related duties as required or assigned. QualificationsA minimum of 7+ years experience with demonstrated success in medical device sales, preferably in the breast spacePost-Secondary degree or higher. Experience within the breast health industry is a must Self-starter, highly motivated, strong desire to learn and succeedAbility to work independently and prioritize personal workloadValues and demonstrates teamwork in a multinational and multicultural environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience working in a surgical environmentExperience supporting new commercial product launchesExperience working in a small team or start-up environmentAbility to manage multiple projects/ assignments simultaneouslyCustomer first attitude
