Lead Teacher

Growing Minds Early Learning Center is hiring Lead Teachers for our Explorers ages 12 months to 18 months. A passion for working with children and previous childcare experience is required! To help with work life balance we offer flexible schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and planning curriculum, taking observations and completing developmental assessments. Candidates must be able to communicate appropriately with families and coworkers. We provide ongoing professional development trainings throughout the year. Pay is based on previous experience and level of education completed.
