Project Architect

PACT Design Studio is seeking a Project Architect/Architectural Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful design, strong team collaboration, and the challenge of turning ideas into well-executed construction documents.We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute across multiple phases of a project. This position will work closely with project managers and firm leadership on higher education projects throughout Texas, while also supporting select hospitality, commercial, interior architecture, and residential work.What You’ll DoParticipate in design, documentation, and construction administrationDevelop drawing sets and coordinate technical documentationCollaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and internal team membersSupport design studies, presentations, and project developmentAssist with coordination across multiple disciplinesParticipate in construction administration phase observation and problem-solvingContribute to a collaborative studio culture focused on quality and growthWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of professional experience in architectureProfessional degree in ArchitectureStrong design and technical documentation skillsExperience with construction administrationAbility to work effectively within a collaborative team environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsRevit proficiency requiredStrong experience in higher education projectsExperience in any of the following is a plus: Hospitality, Private Commercial, Interior Architecture, ResidentialAbout Our StudioThe collaborative relationship with the client is at the core of what we do.
