Project Manager – Affordable Housing (Self-Performing Developer | Remote + Periodic Site Visits)We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and rehab affordable housing projects for a vertically integrated, self-performing developer. This is a remote role with occasional travel to project sites.Key Responsibilities• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout• Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance• Coordinate design, permitting, and entitlements• Oversee subcontractors and internal self-perform crews• Drive procurement, contract administration, and cost control• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with affordable housing requirements• Track risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear stakeholder communication• Support reporting for financing partners, agencies, and leadershipQualifications• 5–10+ years of project management experience in multifamily or affordable housing• Experience with self-perform construction strongly preferred• Solid understanding of LIHTC/affordable housing programs and compliance• Proficient in Procore (or similar), scheduling tools, and Excel• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites
