Responsibilities include:Deliver results through exceptional sales and serviceIdentify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatmentEngage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accountsLeverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high‐priority prospectsPrepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer's needs and help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patientsCoordinate and partner with cross‐functional team members (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience to customersMaintain a portfolio‐based selling mindset and close internal communication loops to ensure customers experience a cohesive, integrated ViiVProvide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs, and requestsDeliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs, scaling successes, and business problem solvingDevelop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leadersAct consistently with ViiV's culture, expectations, and valuesEmbrace ambiguity in a launch environment and turn setbacks into learning opportunitiesEscalate issues and risks when needed; display courage by speaking upUnderstand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelinesWhy You?We are looking for professionals with the following required skills:BA/BS degree5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience3+ years of specialty experienceAbility to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight travel; majority of time will be spent in marketValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsDegree in Business, Marketing, or Life SciencesStrong planning, organizational, analytical, decision‐making, and problem‐solving skillsExperience influencing and collaborating cross‐functionally in a matrixed environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience with sales success in complex market access coverage situationsExperience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold‐chain treatment productsKnowledge of the HIV treatment and/or prevention marketsBilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)Experience partnering cross‐functionally within an integrated account team model that includes multiple field‐based team membersRemote Position#LI-RemoteBenefitsPlease visit GSK US Benefits Summary to learn more about the comprehensive benefits program ViiV offers US employees.
