A company is looking for an Analyst, Quality Analytics & Performance Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop reporting solutions for HEDIS audits and performance metrics
Assist in predictive intervention strategy analytics and track outcomes
Analyze managed care data and support HEDIS measure audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
3+ years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
3+ years of experience in a similar role within a Managed Care Organization
Familiarity with Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and data science techniques
1-3 years of experience in statistical analysis and HEDIS rate tracking
