Job Description
The Administrative Assistant/Front Office Receptionist plays a key role in managing front office operations within a large team environment. This position supports the smooth functioning of daily office activities by handling reception duties, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with event coordination and project documentation. Reporting to the Office Manager, HR Manager, or Operations Manager, this role demands strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively support both staff and visitors without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage reception area and greet visitors professionally
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Prepare and organize documents and correspondence
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping
Manage office supplies and reorder as necessary
Support meeting setup and information distribution
Assist with event coordination and project documentation
Facilitate customer follow-ups and general office tasksPreferred Qualifications
1+ years experience in administrative support
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skilled in calendar management and scheduling
