As part of this commitment, we offer:PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 100% paid by the CompanyA cell phone stipendAnnual discretionary bonus401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and moreLOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.TYPE: Full Time; Hourly / Non-ExemptRESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for scheduling outbound and inbound appointmentsResponsible for creating outbound orders in DrinkPAK's WMS and coordinating with the Forklift Drivers to ensure shipment accuracy and prioritizationCoordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipmentsResponding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channelsReviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyMonitor each shipment to make sure outgoing packages are packed correctly and accuratelyMaking special shipping arrangements as necessaryTracking and fixing shipping errorsPreparing bill of ladings (BOLs)Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standardsDeveloping processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organizedInteracts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadershipAccomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by managementCompliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all DrinkPak's policies and proceduresEstablishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivityRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the jobPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
