Millwork Machine Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilledMillwork Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our Nicewood plant running smoothly and safely.What You'll Do:Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Respond quickly to work orders, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to minimize downtime.Safely handle and dispose of materials/fluids, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and a clean, organized workspace.Collaborate with the Plant Manager to recommend equipment upgrades.Support facility needs, from routine checks to minor repairs, in a dynamic millwork environment.Who You Are:2+ years in facility maintenance or industrial mechanics (millwork/woodworking machinery experience a plus).Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems (PLC knowledge preferred).Familiar with OSHA standards and environmental regulations.Proficient with Android/iPhone, iPad, computers, and Microsoft Excel.Hold a valid driver's license; 30-hour OSHA training required within 30 days (HVAC/electrical certifications a plus).Adaptable, safety-focused, and able to work in varied conditions (dust, noise, temperature extremes).Passionate about embodying our culture of integrity and excellence.Why Nicewood?Join a team that values your skills and commitment.
