With each opportunity, we take a collaborative approach to address challenges and provide unique solutions.Position Summary:The Content & Knowledge Intelligence Manager leads a team responsible for enterprise content platforms, knowledge management, and AI-powered knowledge intelligence capabilities. This role owns document repositories, correspondence platforms, content workflows, and related integrations while driving the evolution toward AI-enabled automation, intelligent document processing, and domain-specific knowledge agents. The Content & Knowledge Intelligence Manager is responsible for building and leading a multidisciplinary technical team, modernizing content and knowledge platforms, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a highly regulated insurance environment.Key Responsibilities:People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, platform engineers, integration specialists, knowledge engineers, and administrators.Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.Hire, onboard, develop, and retain technical talent.Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance, including addressing underperformance when necessary.Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.Technology & Delivery LeadershipOwn delivery outcomes for content management, knowledge management, and AI-enabled solutions.Align team priorities and roadmap investments with business objectives to drive modernization of content platforms, workflows, and intelligent document processing capabilitiesEvaluate architecture options, integration patterns, and build-vs-buy decisions.Manage vendor relationships, technology investments, budgets, and resource allocation.Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.Knowledge Intelligence & AILead the development and operation of AI-driven knowledge solutions, including knowledge agents, intelligent document processing, and domain intelligence capabilities.Establish and maintain domain knowledge models, knowledge graphs, and retrieval frameworks that support AI solutions.Partner with enterprise AI teams to deliver scalable, governed AI capabilities.Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics for AI-enabled solutions.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure solutions operate within applicable regulatory, security, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and insurance regulatory frameworks.Maintain appropriate governance, auditability, security controls, and risk management practices across content and AI platforms.Balance delivery speed with regulatory and operational requirements.Experience & SkillsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.8+ years of experience in software engineering, technology delivery, or related technical disciplines.Demonstrated people management experience leading software engineers or other technical professionals, including success in hiring, coaching, developing, and managing technical talent.Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and driving organizational change.Demonstrated experience leading complex technology initiatives from strategy through delivery, including the ability to evaluate architecture, integration, platform, and build-vs-buy decisions.Experience delivering technology solutions within a regulated industry such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services.Working knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks including HIPAA, SOC 2, or comparable regulatory requirements.Ability to communicate and defend technical decisions with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executives.Demonstrated experience delivering AI-driven solutions in production environments and experience modernizing enterprise platforms and delivering scalable technology solutions.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver measurable business results.Experience with one or more of the following: Large Language Models (LLMs); Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG); Knowledge graphs and ontologies; Agent-based systems; Domain modeling and knowledge management; Intelligent document processing.Experience operating with accountability for delivery performance, not solely project execution.Ability to balance innovation, compliance, delivery speed, and operational excellence.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, and performance-based bonuses.Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities within the finance and investment space.Benefits:Competitive Salary & Target Bonus ProgramRetirement Savings – 401(k) with a company matchComprehensive Medical insurance through BlueCross BlueShield of Texas.
