These locations will be within 2 hours of your home. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety. Job Requirements:Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferredStrong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadershipWillingness to travel and support multiple worksitesOCS a plusSpanish-speaking is a plus
