Weekend and call coverage may be required based on schedule needs and staff picks.Job DescriptionThe position requires a highly skilled PACU Registered Nurse with experience in critical care. As a PACU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-acuity care to patients recovering from surgery. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in critical care skills, including monitoring of art lines and managing multiple titrating drips.Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients in the PACU. Monitor patient status and respond to critical changes. Administer medications and treatments as per hospital protocols. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members. Document patient assessments and care activities in the electronic medical record (EMR).Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in PACU. Demonstrated high acuity critical care PACU experience. Experience with art lines and managing multiple titrating drips.
