ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Austin, TX Duration: 12 MonthsMinimum QualificationsGraduation from high school or equivalent.Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; experience in the following (or closely related) fields may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis: system design, development, analysis or administration using ServiceNow or comparable service request ticketing system, computer science, information technology or computer programmingExperience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM modules, including CMDB and Software Asset ManagementExperience with ServiceNow in a Developer/Programmer or Administrator capacityKnowledge of all phases of full system development life cycle for ServiceNow and subsequent maintenance activitiesKnowledge of configuration and customization of modules to process Service Requests, Work Orders, Incidents, and Service Level Management.
