Hearing Aid Specialist / Audiologist Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME!! Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hearing Aid Specialist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our locally owned and operated clinic in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered hearing care in a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments. Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Fit, program, dispense, and service hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs Perform follow-up visits to monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments. Educate patients on hearing loss, hearing aids, and proper device care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Qualifications: Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist credentials Current Cincinnati state licensure and/or certification ASHA, ABA, or equivalent preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Prior clinical or healthcare experience preferred Benefits: All standard benefits are covered.
