Full Time Family Medicine Physician in Connecticut! Job Shift: Faculty preceptor for family medicine residents one half day per week Approximately 2 hours from Willington! We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Family Medicine Clinical Faculty Physician to join a thriving residency program in the charming northwest corner of Connecticut. This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician with a passion for education and community health. Role Highlights: Precept family medicine residents one half day per week, with potential for increased responsibilities over time. Engage in an outpatient clinical practice handling adult, pediatric, and gender-affirming care. Work schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend duties. Benefit from full-time hospitalist support at a local hospital, with optional per diem hospitalist roles available. Collaborate with a team of three family physicians and one advanced practice provider. Opportunity to mentor medical students for those interested in further educational roles.
