Director of Product DesignWe are seeking a Director of Product Design to help shape and deliver intuitive, high-quality digital experiences within a growing Fintech SaaS organization.This role will partner closely with product, engineering, and business leadership to define product experiences, guide design strategy, and ensure strong execution across user workflows and interfaces. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating in evolving environments, and passionate about building effective, user-centered products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows and data-driven productsTranslate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user flows and interfacesCreate wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypesDevelop and evolve visual design patterns aligned with brand and usability standardsDesign dashboards, portals, and tools for multiple user typesConduct usability testing and incorporate insights into design iterationsGather feedback on designs and interaction patterns to improve usabilityPartner with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and well implementedCollaborate with product stakeholders to understand priorities and constraintsPresent design concepts and incorporate feedback from cross-functional partnersParticipate in agile ceremonies as neededFacilitate design reviews and collaborative workshopsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in UI/UX or product designStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design workProficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)Experience designing complex, data-rich applicationsStrong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standardsExperience conducting usability testing and validating design decisionsExcellent visual design skills and attention to detailStrong communication and presentation abilitiesBachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent practical experienceIf you enjoy building thoughtful products, collaborating with smart teams, and shaping meaningful user experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
