Role Description The Financial Director manages and oversees the organization's financial operations to ensure transparent and effective reporting and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include creating financial plans, preparing and analyzing financial statements, leading budgeting processes, and overseeing financial reporting and audits. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, requiring a hands-on approach to financial stewardship and organizational development. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to guide organizational budgeting and resource managementExpertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and develop actionable insightsKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance standardsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plusExcellent leadership and communication skills for effective team collaboration and representationExperience in the non-profit sector is a desirable asset
