Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Zelle LLP’s Atlanta, GA office. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, participating in case strategy development, and representing clients in court hearings and depositions. The role involves managing complex cases, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients, and maintaining a commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice. Qualifications Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.Strong oral advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively in court and depositions.Excellent organizational and case management skills to handle complex litigation.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia or eligibility for admission to the Georgia Bar.Experience in first party property or cyber coverage work is a plus.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
