LTC Facility Intake Representative

Our service areas are California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Kansas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Washington, Idaho and Alaska POSITION: LTC Facility Intake Representative Full time 7:45-4:30 M-F Generous benefits package, estimated value $5.00+ per hour This position requires a commitment for full time work. Responsibilities: Process weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly tube feeding orders for shipment to nursing facilities Verify and process physician's orders, identifying specific supplies needed to fill order. Data entry of patient demographics and physician's orders in our software program, Brightree. Request, receive and process medical records for Medicare qualified patients. Verify insurance and payor status. Answer and process incoming request received via fax, email and/or phone from SNF or LTC accounts Qualifications: Must have a min. of 2 years of LTC, Hospital, Home Health, or Hospice. Mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy are necessary. Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.. Excellent communication and connection skills with a strong work ethic. Excellent attendance, reliability, and puntuality.
