We are looking for truck dispachers . With good experience and skills. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dispatch Coordinator at Proline Truckline Inc. The role involves scheduling and coordinating dispatch operations, managing logistics to ensure efficient delivery timelines, communicating with drivers and clients, and using logistics software to track and streamline operations. The coordinator will regularly liaise with various teams to address issues, optimize workflows, and ensure safety and compliance standards are consistently met. Qualifications Proficiency in logistics operations, dispatch coordination, and schedulingStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience with logistics, dispatch, and transportation management systems (TMS)Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressureKnowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and transport documentationCapability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teamsProficiency with MS Office Suite and other relevant software applicationsPrevious experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
